UW transfer Fall 2012 (Chance!! Please)

Hi I'm looking to transfer to UW for Fall 2012. I am applying as an economics major and really want to know my chances of getting in. I know econ is a really competitive major so I'm quite worried.. Anyways I'm a freshman this year transferring from Pepperdine University. My GPA for the semester should be around a 3.6 or a 3.7, nowhere lower and possibly higher. I know that my application will centralize a lot around my high school achievements due to the fact that I am only a freshman. So yeah here's my HS stats:
SAT: 2120 (730 math 720 reading 670 writing)
GPA (unweighted): 3.98
9 APs including: AP Biology, AP physics B, AP US History, AP Calculus AB, AP Calculus BC, AP Environmental Science, AP Chemistry, AP Psychology, AP Micro/Macroeconomics
Varsity track (3 years) Varsity Cross Country (2 years)
AP Scholar with distinction
WA State scholar
graduated with honors with highest distinction
National Merit Commendation
Went to state in FBLA in Personal Finance and Accounting
Honor society (4 years)
Numerous volunteer hours
I can't really think of the rest right now but there were other extracurrics and stuff.

So I am also wondering if UW will take into consideration my AP credit when applying because I have 45 credits of AP credit (as of the AP criteria used for this year) and wondering if applying for summer quarter might be a better option because I know less people apply for summer.. I just really want to get in. I got in when I applied last year for freshman but decided to try something new at Pepp and now I just really want to go home.

Also: I'll have most premajor requirements done and a significant portion of my gened requirements done by the end of this year.

So yeah sorry this is kind of all over the place. Basically I want to know my chances of getting in Fall 2012, and whether I should apply for summer 2012 instead for a better chance of acceptance.

Thank you so much for any help provided!!

Applying for summer is the same thing as applying for fall, you just start earlier.

Summer applicants are in the same batch as the fall applicants to choose whose in and whose out.
