Is Vanderbilt’s admissions process holistic? I was just wondering because my scores and gpa aren’t that great, but I do have a good set of extracurriculars.

Guys, please don’t start this digits game again. The ED applicants did it and were completely wrong. You really think the Vandy folks would be stupid enough to put the decision in the url?
You could just wait. The decision was supposed to be out last Tuesday: you’ve already waited one week, might as well wait 18 more hours.

wait what is the digits thing? is it like the more digits you have (I have seen 31 from some people?) then you are accepted but if you have less (30) you are rejected? Would you be able to count now and know?
@ANormalSeniorGuy - it means NOTHING. People are counting the number of digits on the URL provided by Vandy and trying to correlate that with admissions decision. Nice time pass, but no correlation!
@MedSciBud - check this out, today, my status says “application completed” - gremlins I suppose. Whole thing was / is really odd. Since my status was “application withdrawn” yesterday, and given that I still have not yet received the “decisions will be released …” e-mail, today should be pretty interesting. At one time Vandy was my top choice. Even saved up so I could attend a PreVu session last summer. Good lesson for everyone, when one door closes, another opens (UChicago / Cornell). The future is unwritten, go make your own history. Good luck to all!
@MCarltx - keep us posted. Very strange changes to your portal. Regardless of whether you choose Vandy or not - curious to know the final outcome.

@rhouston This happened to me when I tried logging in through my Facebook account. It can simply be resolved by logging in through her Google account if she has one.
FYI, the MOSAIC envelopes that were sent with early admission notice last month were mailed with a USPS tracking number and the words “EXPECTED DELIVERY DAY: _____.” So if acceptance letters were sent in a similar fashion for RD, they could all be scheduled to hit mailboxes on the same day … perhaps today? 
Portal is still working for me.
Has anyone tried tracking their package through USPS?

When i click the direct link in the email it is still requiring me to log on where I get the same error, anyone else?
@SoChalked Im literally in the same boat! I think I would choose Georgetown over Vanderbilt though, but it definitely makes decisions more difficult
