Vanderbilt Fall 2020 Transfer Thread

Accepted to CAS at 5:59 EST! I have until 5/28 to reply:) Congrats to everyone who got in, and best of luck to those still waiting to hear! PM for stats

Accepted as a sophomore neuroscience major in CAS!? Vanderbilt has been my first choice for the entire transfer admissions process so I will almost definitely be attending. I am so excited to meet all of you and congrats on all of your acceptances!!!

Congrats to all who have been accepted! Wondering if there is any relationship between the date on which Vandy received spring grades and todayā€™s acceptances. Appreciate any feedback on the dates your spring grades were transmitted

I didnā€™t realize that we have to live off campus this year. this is kind of stressing me out and making me not want to go just because itā€™ll be hard to acclimate. But hopefully it wonā€™t be?

Woahā€¦ didnā€™t see that weā€™d have to live off campus. Do yā€™all understand how expensive Nashville is? I didnā€™t even get enough aid to begin with (have to appeal) and this is making it seem less likely by the minute. I was so excited until I opened the aid letter & such :frowning:

Does anyone know where to find what credits from your old university that theyā€™re accepting?

I didnā€™t even think about the costs too. jeez, this really puts a damper on the acceptanceā€¦ I hope there is some way living on campus works out considering literally everyone either lives on campus or a greek house there.

I got into Peabody! I think Iā€™m committing. OMG. Didnā€™t expect that to come. Hereā€™s some basic info about me.

Iā€™m an international student currently at a LAC studying psychology. But Iā€™m really interested in education.

Does anybody know if thereā€™s a Vanderbilt Transfer 2020 Facebook group? If we have to live off campus, I really want to start looking for a roommate.
