Vandy, Duke, etc....

I’m currently an upcoming senior in high school and in the IB Diploma program. I have a 4.0 UW and 4.61 W and when it comes to tests, my stats are
SAT (superscored): CR 680 M 700 W 760 (2140 Composite)
ACT: haven’t taken yet
I’m waiting on the june SAT results which come Thursday but anyways, I’ve spent quite some time looking into which schools to apply and I’d like to be at, so far Vanderbilt, Duke, and Emory are my top choices out of the ones ill apply to. I’m in numerous clubs, volunteer a lot, been on a sports team for 3 years, and just co founded a charitable foundation for local students and the arts.
I’m planning on heading to Med School post-grad, and I hear Vandy has an issue with grade deflation (true?) but besides the point, any of you guys have an idea of what my chances may be for these 3?

Good grades but where do you fall in the SAT distribution. If you are low in the middle 50% or in the bottom 25%, you will need other compelling reason to get in. Emory seems like the better bet. Wake Forest should be on your list as well.

Seems like I tend towards the high end of the 50% for Emory, and higher than that in case of my writing score, as for Duke and Vandy, I get that those are probably more prestigious so I think im in the middle to low end of the 50%.
Any response from current students at these schools would be helpful too, just to get an idea
