My daughter is considering UCF and is vegan. Do any of the dining halls or on-campus restaurants offer vegan options (besides a salad bar)? Meal plan not recommended I assume? Thanks
My DD is Vegan and asked a question on the tour about Vegan options. The tour guide was enthusiastic and indicated that the dining halls always have a Vegan option and that her roommate was Vegan and happy with the options. Peta2 score is a B
