So I was accepted to OSU and I applied for Computer Science and Engineering but I was put into Science and Technology Exploration. Does that mean I am behind compared to the other engineering students? Can someone explain to me what that is and basically the process that I must go through to be where I want to be.

You are not behind. There are a lot of sequential courses in engineering, but you can fit them in starting in EXP as long as you place into calculus. Have you taken any AP or dual enrolled courses yet?
