Very Confused about Scholarships/Financial Aid

<p>I have 2 questions:</p>

<p>1) Do I have to complete the entrance consoling/sign a Direct Loan Master Promissory Note (MPN) in order to receive a scholarship (James Dickson Carr)?
I feel like I do not, but the wording on various Rutgers sites made it seem like I did.</p>

<p>2) When I paid the term bill, there was a "FIN AID DUNSB" under my "Account Credits," that is now gone and I now need to pay another $2,000~ if I'm reading this correctly. What is FIN AID DUNSB? And is it gone because I didn't do the above?</p>

<p>Don’t know the answer to your question, but…Call the Bursar’s office and the financial aid office ASAP and ask them to look at your account. They are the ones who can answer your question.</p>
