Very Important Cal grant Question, please help

i found out today by mail i was disqualified for CAL Grant A and CAL Grant B because my family's assets are over the assest ceiling. My family income will qualify for a CAL Grant A (NOT B) but my family's assets disqualifies us from CAL Grant A. Therefore i am ineligible for any grant.

Today i checked my status of the CAL grant online
<a href="https://mygrantinfo.csac.ca.gov/logon.asp%5B/url%5D">https://mygrantinfo.csac.ca.gov/logon.asp</a>
and i was surprised to see some incorrect information. It says I am inelgible for both CAl grant A and Cal grant B but my reported GPA on the webpage is incorrect. It says 3.35 when my GPA is really 3.88 (i mailed the form so I know). It also says my form was submitted by some Irvine valley college "a college I have never even heard of". I attend a high school right now.

I have contacted customer service and a woman said " even if your GPA is really a 3.88 you will still be ineligible for a CAL grant" Is this true?
Also, i dont like the idea of having incorrect information on my cal grant webpage. I told her to correct my GPA and school name but she said it makes no difference. Should i send in another CAL grant form or just let this go? i understand my income/assets disqualifies me but I do not know if a higher GPA allows for a higher income/asset ceiling?

"some Irvine valley college "a college I have never even heard of"."

That's the community college in Irvine. Are you sure you've never taken classes there? (Many Irvine hs students like to take classes there because sometimes it's easier and the tuition is covered by the state so you pay...nada for any class - except health fees and stuff which are only like 15 dollars.)

i live 2 hours from Irvine
i live in Los Angeles.
and i have never been to Irvine Valley College
