VERY URGENT! I need to know if I need to submit this form!

<p>Just a few hours ago, I sent my Recommendation letter, transcript, and SAT scores to the USC Office of Admission. But what I did not know was that I was suppose to send in addition form 2, which I had no idea existed. Form 2 consists of the personal statement portion, with link I provided below. Can someone tell me if I can send form 2 in tomorrow morning? Will that still work as long as I submit the online application by tonight Jan 10?</p>

<p>If you are applying online, NO, you do not have to use form 2.
