Very Urgent Issue with Peer Recommender?

Hi all,
So I submitted two additional letters of recommendation- one from each boss of the two political campaigns I’ve worked on. I submitted it not knowing about the peer recommendation process, and so I have already sent the limit on letters without the peer recommender. Is there any way to fix this? Will it be terrible if I don’t have the peer recommendation? The rest of my application is pretty good; I just don’t want to miss out on such a great school for a trivial error.

If anyone could help, I’d appreciate it

Years ago, before the magma cooled and dinosaurs ruled the world, there was this amazing thing called the United States Postal Service. Surprisingly enough, this institution still exists. Print out a blank rec, give it to the peer recommender with a stamped and addressed envelope, and you’re good to go. Good luck.

This won’t be an issue even though I already submitted two additional letters? @skieurope

At this point, it is what it is. You can’t unsubmit the previous LoR’s, so it’s on to plan B.

For what it’s worth, my son was accepted, in fact with a likely letter, without having a peer recommendation. Doesn’t mean you shouldn’t submit one, just saying it is possible to be accepted without one.

My additional letters are really good- one from a judge who talked about how I cared about disenfranchised communities and another from a campaign manager who talked about my work ethic. Would it be ill-advised to send another letter (the peer recommendation) by mail? @b1ggreenca

My son was also admitted without a peer letter.

Send it in but don’t think it is fatal.
