<p>Do a lot of Cornellians play video games? Right now, I am addicted to Halo 3 (Xbox 360) and am wondering if students can maintain the courseload and still have time to play some games.</p>

<p>hah yeah they do. coming from a girl (and the kind that couldnt play video games to save her life), i found it pretty annoying...but the guys i knew were really attached to their video games (and yes, you'll have time).</p>

<p>I doubt you can manage your time wisely once you are addicted to some game. You will get some relief only when you finish all the levels. LOL</p>

<p>I wish I had PS 3 so that I would be able to play GTA IV. Oh, and I successfully got myself out of DOTA. :)</p>

<p>u have to play in moderation. i'm pretty addicted to halo 3 myself (1400 exp) and i've been able to maintain a solid gpa in engineering.</p>

<p>i play call of duty 4. i love this game haha. the key is moderation. i know some kids who play too much and just messed up big time in school. usually, if u are able to limit your playing time to appropriate amount, ur fine. i've seen kids play like 3 hours every single day, and surely they ended up with pretty horrible grades.</p>

Every college has a halo 3 community. I'm a HS student and I used to be the second in command GL of a bunch of Georgia Tech hardcore WoWers. Fun stuff... Of course that explains my low GPA freshman and soph years. Now I play DotA with some GT students, although WoW is still teh rage. </p>

<p>Starcraft 2 is coming out and it is going to take over my gaming world and the gming world of South Korea. Dota for Starcraft will be amazing...</p>
