Our D, who was admitted last year EA did the same thing. Her SAT in her junior year was only 1850 so she took the ACT in April and June and super scored in the 32 range. Our son (HS class of 2011) also did much better on the ACT than the SAT. I would recommend that your S/D consider the ACT if they are having scoring issues with the SAT. Good luck to everyone.</p>

<p>So, the other acceptance letters my daughter received also included the amount of scholarship; no mention from Villanova in their acceptance letter, does this mean she got nothing or do they announce that later…</p>

<p>A lot of deferred Villanova applicants seem to have much higher stats than I do, so I wouldn’t worry about getting in Regular Decision!!</p>
<p>@acaifrosh: My son was accepted to Villanova’s business school last year. When he got his acceptance letter, it also told him that he was accepted into the honors program. I’m not sure if there was mention of the honors program in the email, but it definitely came when he got the packet in the regular mail.</p>
