Hi, I want to do investment banking or ForEx trading and I'm unsure about where I should be. I realize that nova's better academically but Im concerned that if I'm not in NYC I won't be able to get a good intership at a firm in the city.

Also I'm concerned about the people, I'm not the most peppy person; I like political debates, books, and indie music, will I be able to find people like me at nova?

Nova has very good connections in NYC. It has long established alumni connections in the area. Just go to a Nova - St Johns basketball game in the Garden or Nova - Seton Hall game in North Jersey.

cant go wrong with either, especially for your desired career. Fordham will definitely be able to provide you with interns and what not. What about price /scholarships?

Personally I’d choose Fordham, especially with all that scholarship money. While I do acknowledge that Villanova does have strong connections in NYC, the NYC advantage that Fordham has will lead to easier internships, which will lead to jobs. With this financial crisis unfolding the way it is, it won’t hurt to have a little advantage over other b-school students.
