<p>Interesting article in this morning's Richmond Times- Dispatch on the plans that Virginia public colleges and universities are proposing to try to make up for the budget reductions put forth by Gov. Kaine on Thursday. Higher tuition is likely to be seen for many students, but also reduction in class offerings, staff hirings, study abroad programs and maintenance on school grounds.
