i have been trying to change my status to in-state for the past month. being under 24, and not apply for tax return is making it complicated although i pay instate tution at my community college now… does anyone know what i should do ?
Call the admissions office.
@lastone03 i did, they said this is a Domicile issue so i should contact the domicile office which only responds to emails, and takes 2 weeks to respond.
