Does anyone know where to find the list of classes that visitors can sit in on? Do you have to call the school?
Thanks

there's a list in the admissions office
i visited yesterday and sat in on a political research methods class (MW 3:30-4:50) and it was AMAZING...if you are at all interested in anything like it i would suggest visiting that class. i looooved it.

You can also "prospie" (arrange an overnight stay) with someone with similar interests. I'm a theatre major, and so the admissions office placed a girl interested in theatre with me, and I was able to recommend classes for her to sit in on and hook her up with friends taking those classes.

I will be visiting NU on Friday. I was wondering if any students had any suggestions of any things I should check out? Are there any things you wish you would have seen when you visited? Thanks.

If you apply and get accepted, you'll need to make some housing choices. There's a good chance you'll wish you'd paid more attention to where the dorms are. Take a walk from campus to some of the farther dorms, and maybe walk into town to get a feel for the scale of things.

Thanks for the response!
