Visitas Question

I receive an email from Harvard to attend Visitas. I did not think I would go, but the email said that my flight would be covered by their travel management provider Egencia. I looked at the FAQs and read that an email from Egencia is supposed to arrive. I have not registered for Visitas yet because the form asks for date and time of arrival, but I do not know that until I make arrangements for my flight. Or maybe I'm doing this wrong; should I put down any date and time, register, and then wait for an email? Help is appreciated. Thank you.

I don’t know the answer to this, but this is definitely something you should contact the admissions office about. You can find their number online, and I’m sure they’d be happy to clear it up for you.

IMO if at all possible you should come to Visitas! It’s a ton of fun, apart from the obvious benefit of helping you determine at which school you’d be most comfortable. I was planning to go to Stanford before coming to Visitas, and afterward my preferences did a complete 180. (:

I called and got everything settled. Does anyone know when a good time to stay is? If I leave Saturday morning from where I live I won’t reach Boston until 5pm. Is that good? The email says I should be there for Saturday night. Should I attempt to arrive there Friday night?
