I want to major in biology if that matters... Thanks!

The gym is pretty impressive

just take the general tour, take a gander at the brand new science buildings too btw, uh otherwise just make sure you do the general tour the place is great

And would the science buildings all be generally accessible?

Meet with the head of the biology department?

I am majoring in economics and before I visited, I emailed the head of the econ department to see if she would have time to answer some of my questions, she was very helpfull…

Usually, everything but the labs would be open, but it depends when you visit. If it’s a weekend, everything may be locked. Over the summer, you should email the admission office and ask. They’re more likely to be closed then as well if summer school is out of session.

PS: The bio building (aka 1462 Clifton Road aka the Old Dental School Building) is in the Woodruff Health Science Center near the nursing school, school of public health, and the biomedical research buildings. It’s on the exact opposite side of campus from the rest of the Emory College science buildings, so it’s not on the tour. You may want to set aside time before or after the tour to take a look.
