Visiting!

I’m staying overnight at Brown next week. Any one else do the overnight visit, or planning to?
What do you do during your stay, or what are you expecting?

Take care everyone.

When are you going to be here?

I will be at Brown on Monday, until Tuesday. Are you a student?

Yes, and I’ll be giving the 9am Tuesday tour if you want to check mine out.

While you are there, try to eat in the cafeteria, take a class that interests you, walk along Thayer street and generally get a vibe of the school. Talk to as many students as you can and see if you can see yourself there.

Modestmelody, what is your name so I can sign up for the tour? Actually, can I do that? Will the admissons office tell me about whats going on on campus or do I have to figure this stuff out?
As for auditing a class, should I be emailed profs now to ask, or is this going to be offered on site?

Thanks everyone. I am dreadfully excited!

Jason Becker-- and if you show up in that slot you can just take the tour with me when we split up.

The Admissions Office should have a set list of courses that have been put aside for prospective students to observe, though it’s always a good idea to email a professor just in case (especially if a class is small).

Thanks!
Only three more days until Brown. I hope I have time to do as much as I like.
Do you know if anything is organized during the evening?

Have you guys seen the weather reports?? I’m very disappointed here…I had hugely looking forward to my visit, but my mother won’t drive in the snow, which is understandable.

This sucks :(
