Viterbo University

I have personally trained with the new departmen chair at this university. and can personally vouche for her level of enthusiamism and work ethic. she doesnt take any **** however is extremely easy to talk to and confide in. Not only that she is one hell of a voice teacher. I had spent 2 years with her and it is currently why I am on the path I am on.

Why is this school not on more people's radar? My son is currently in the process of visiting several schools where he has been accepted for MT, and this little school appears to be a diamond in the rough. He has auditioned/visited many schools and the staff of Viterbo was more welcoming and genuine than any school we've seen. I was really blown away. The curriculum seems very thorough. We sat in on a full day of classes and the students seemed to be knowledgeable and talented, but most of all, LOVED being there. They try to keep the class sizes small (ideally, they would like to have 10 in their Freshman class) as to offer personalized training to each student. The only negative my son could see was the fact that it was in Wisconsin and dealing with snowy winters was a must. He's still in the process of making a final school decision, but Viterbo has climbed to one of his top two choices. ANY feedback from someone who knows the school would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Random: sorry. You say this school is 16th in the nation? where did u find this list? if its valid it sounds like a good source of information. Thx.

YES! if theyres a ranking list, please someone let us on this thread know!

quick question. is viterbo university accepting of the gay community? i know it’s a catholic based university which is totally fine, but since i’m transferring i just wanted to know. I’m coming from Wright State University which has a rather big gay population and is very accepting of all different backgrounds…it’s a very liberal school as well. I just want to be comfortable at any university that i transfer to.
