<p>First of all, I finally got my appointment last month. I know this is probably one of the less important aspects, but do midshipmen have the chance to change change their voter registration to Maryland? I wouldn't think it would be practical to travel back home for every election.</p>
<p>Instead of changing your residence, you should just apply for an absentee ballot.</p>
