I recently was accepted to the College of Engineering as a transfer student and had few questions. Do engineering transfers still have to wait a full year before they can declare their specific major like freshman? Also, will this prevent me from taking major-specific courses? I was also wondering if I will have a hard time signing up for my 200-300 level classes since I’m probably not signing up for classes with the other projected sophomores/juniors/seniors that are at VT already?
Your advisor should be able to get you any class you need.
