I applied to UCSB for the fall quarter 2020, submitted my TAU and all. However, I made a major error with one of my classes right now and missed the deadline for an entire chapter’s worth of assignments (I know I know). I’m likely going to drop and take a W, however, how will this affect me, especially considering I already submitted my TAU?
I wouldn’t drop, Id stick through it and get a passing grade. They stop looking at letter grades and GPA after Fall 2019. So they’re all expecting you to pass your classes with a C or better. I dont think your grades for spring will have an effect for admission process. As long as you pass them.
It’s a major requirement for a major I’m considering double majoring in, but I didn’t apply as it. Not a gen ed. It does not put me below 60 semester units.
Double Major is something separate from admissions but I am told that if you need to drop a class or you are failing a class during the winter or spring semester you must report it to each school you applied to right away. I’d say it won’t be a big deal since it’s not considered major prep for the major you applied as but I can’t say much for sure
