Waiting Times for U of T, UWaterloo and GT

I’ve applied to U of T, Uwaterloo, McGill and Georgia Tech and so far I’ve only heard back from McGill. I finished all my applications since October and some of my friends who finished theirs in like November have received decisions from these same schools. Basically I’d like to know if there is a set waiting time/date for schools or are decisions given on a random basis?
