Waitlist accepted

Haven’t heard anything yet.

nothing here in boston either

this is by far my number one choice, does anyone know when they will send out the first rounds?

Jacobyellsbury,

Where did you commit to? My son will go to BU if not BC, but BC is the one he would rather go to.

COLMOM

That’s my situation exactly! I committed to BU and am waitlisted at BC. However, I mailed them a 2 page letter reaffirming my interest in the school along with a few updates, and I did not receive a follow-up or anything. I hope it didn’t get lost in the mail!

Nothing in California.

Berry…,

My S sent an email last week to the Ad Com just to say that he was still interested and gave them quick update of his grades. They sent him an email back on Saturday just to say they got his email. He’s on Cornell’s waitlist as well but if both of those don’t happen, he’s more than happy to go to BU.

A friend’s daughter received a call from BC last night saying they were accepting her from the wait list. She is definitely going as it was her first choice. Daughter and her family are ecstatic.
Looks like the wait list is starting to show movement. Good luck to everyone.

How many days do you wait from the time you know someone was called before you give up hope?

COLMOM, to what email address did your son send his email? I found the Director of Admission’s email (after MUCH searching on the website), but I’m not sure where exactly I should have sent it…

Brittany,

He sent it to the person that signed his wait list letter. He went on the website and got their email.

would it be too late to tell them about my recent accomplishments?
im still waiting…

Until you have received a letter or email stating that the wait list is closed, I would send any new accomplishments you have. It can’t hurt.
