what're the chances of getting off the SFS waitlist? anyone have an insight?

somebody? anybody?

i'm turning down SFS i think, so that's one spot

Well last year, for the class of 2008, GU highly over accepted. As a result they had too many acceptees proceed with Georgetown, and took little to none off of the waitlist. I would assume that they would be a little more Apprehensive in accepting too many this year, which would result in more acceptances from the waitlist.

about 130-150/1100

RRod, out of curiosity and to help me with my decision, why are you rejecting SFS?

I'm also taking myself off the SFS waitlist.

I'm going to Yale. SFS was my second choice, but I don't think I can turn down Yale.

If you have any connections to Georgetown, I would suggest making all calls. That's how my friend made it off the SFS wait list.
