I was on the waitlist for both Bio 201 and its lab. I got the email saying I was enrolled in the class, however my position for the lab is still ~75. Would doing the course action thing be the way to go here? Or how common is it to take a class one year then the corresponding lab the next?

i signed up for that too and now i’m 84th i’m getting really anxious about it because although the number did go down from 92 from last week, we only have a week left till move in day!

Hmm, that is a bit odd. I’ve never heard of anyone taking a class one year and then taking the lab the next. I think (wayyyy back in the day when I took CHEM 141), that professors end up dropping students who aren’t enrolled in both. However, don’t panic, there’s a lot of movement during the first week of classes. Just show up, talk to the professor, and it’ll all work out.
