waitlist situation as of april 15th

Maybe Exeter/Andover had one spot left and didn't want to accept one twin without the other?? My son has twins at his bs and they are attending the same college as well. They must be very bright girls, that is wonderful about MIT and the great fa.

*Incidentally, MIT accepted them with almost full financial aid, which was a total relief to their parents. It would have meant selling the house or attending WPI[\i]

That is a great outcome!

It would have been a doubly great story if they had not been offered a full ride at MIT, so they "had" to go their safety, WPI, where they received a fabulous education, went on to invent Post-It notes or Velcro or something and became billionaires, and thanked their safety BS, safety WPI, with huge endowments.

WPI would have been a great option as well, and the scenario laxtaxi described above would have been plausible. :)
But this is just a story for everyone who is suffering waitlist angst.
The twins' father's advice to them was..."Love the school that loves you."
He didn't let them stay on the waitlists, and insisted that they accept the safety's offer, and start loving the school. :)
Contrary to what they thought would happen, they were challenged in many areas, and really enjoyed bs life at the same time.

I think that is the best advice ever: "to love the school that loves you".

Any idea about St Paul's or Kent's wait lists?

I dont know.......actually, lol.
But Ill ask and post tomorrow or the day after about kents.
