<p>Yes, call ahead and ask your advisor about it. S/he will most likely give you the approval. Make sure you write a letter of interest as well, and if you haven’t visited it’s a good idea to.</p>
<p>You dont have to send an “updated resume” since they give you the option to update them on academic achievement, activities, etc. on the waitlist confirmation website.</p>
<p>you definately have to send in an updated report card (3rd quarter). this is not the midyear report. i called them today about it.</p>
<p>You can send extra letters, etc. but be careful not to annoy the adcoms!</p>
