<p>it’s not difficult to understand conceptually how the waitlist process works to know that no one knows anything yet. also, not to be mean, but please don’t spam with two new threads when this thread is sufficient.</p>

<p>coll3ges, chill. no one is gonna hear until after may 1 because they need to know how many spots they have. last year the first wave was may 5th but who knows when itll be this year.</p>

<p>The Admissions Offices stated that today, they called the first batch of students offered off the waitlist. Was anyone lucky enough to receive this phone call?</p>

<p>I am guessing it will later this week before they have completed their tally of acceptances and no thank you’s and sort out their wait list options. They have been fairly timely in posting on their admissions blog. I doubt that they release the figures but it would be very interesting to see their initial yield and the number of applicants who chose to remain on the waitlist.</p>

<p>I was fairly certain the Admission Office tole me that they had sent out some letter accepting people off the waitlist, but I might have misunderstood.
Please post here if you were accepted off the waitlist, it would be nice to know when they start sending out decisions and the statistics of people accepted.
