<p>I got waitlisted and am dying to go to Vanderbilt. If you don't wanna go there and are staying on "just because" please think of everyone else who really really wants to be at Vanderbilt, it would be much appreciated. </p>

<p>My son was accepted to Vanderbilt RD and sent in a letter today declining admission, so there is at least 1 spot open for waitlist applicants. Good luck all!</p>

<p>Remember, colleges spend time predicting their yield, so there isn’t necessarily a 1:1 ratio of someone declining admission and Vanderbilt offering someone admission from the waitlist.

<p>Not yet! I’m still praying but if not I’m headed off to Auburn next year!</p>
<p>they wont send out any waitlist decisions until after may 1st, last year the first wave was on may 5th. I think i have a pretty good chance, but who knows these days. I’m gonna go to Michigan if I dont get in.</p>
