<p>Sorry, idiosyncracy, I never applied to Duke. Figured the entire need-aware policy for international students was going to be a huge setback. Though if you’re stats are impressive enough, I think you might have a huge chance of getting off the waitlist. Being waitlisted as an international is a huge deal too at duke. Kind of like at Uchicago.</p>

<p>now i dont feel so left out bc i was waitlisted at duke and very surprised since i know people who would seem like less likely candidates to get in. only a few hours til the the bug decisions come in !!!</p>
