Waitlisted But Still Financial Aid Package?

I was waitlisted yesterday, but when I checked my ISIS account, there was this:

Program Type/Subtype: ASEN - Ungrad
Current Status: Complete
Current Cost of Attendance Estimate: $57,216.00
Aid Amount: $56,500.00
Amount Paid to Date: $0.00
Amount Scheduled for Payment: $54,484.00

Could anyone explain this to me? Is this actually a financial aid offer, because I thought waitlists aren't guaranteed anything.

The only person who can probably answer this is AdmissionsDaniel, and since he’s taking time away from CC, I would recommend asking him on the Hopkins forums ([Hopkins Undergraduate Admissions :: Hopkins Forums](http://apply.jhu.edu/forums))

I was waitlisted, too, and I just checked my account. I have a cost of attendance amount and $0.00 under aid. So apparently waitlistees shouldn’t be getting aid. I mean, it’s possible that I just wasn’t offerred any, but I applied for it, and I’m certain that the school said Financial Aid could not be determined for those on the waitlist at this time. So I would call the school if I were you. Maybe you just got lucky, and they meant to send you an acceptance email. :p

I just have a question, what is this account you are speaking of? I dont seem to have one, is this because I haven’t “accepted” or “declined” to stay on the waitlist? Do I need to make this decision before I can find out about this online ISIS account?
