Canāt believe we are still hanging out thereā¦ another weekā¦it doesnāt seem to end. I know, I could end it, but how can you wait this long and not wait for the actual decision? Ok, I have to even stop thinking about this. It makes no sense. I cannot deal with the lack of closure, argh. It doesnāt seem that they have even started the z-list yet!

Doesnāt it seem odd that it was on a Thursday and they sent an email to notify me and it was at 5:15??

My son got in to the class of 2023ā¦we are all happy and confused at the same time. He got a voice mail around 3pm and the update around 7:30. It has been a long and arduous (somewhat painful) process and I must say I am grateful to the forum members here who have been very positive and upbeat. He is understandably a little shell-shocked.

Rejected yesterday as well. Two friends got in for class 2023, and both are double or triple legacy. Very happy for them. Itās been a long journey and now onward to a new chapter. Best wishes everyone! You have been great.

Yes, Iām the parent. He was admitted to class of 2023. Feeling very grateful and surprised. Thank you to everyone at this supportive site, its been very helpful. I hope everyone here has a wonderful college experience.

So proud! Daughter weighed her options and decided against the z-list offer. Secretly very happy about the decision. As a parent, my non-Harvard kids were much happier at schools that still cared about providing a nurturing student-focused environment. So glad to be done with this awful process!! Good luck to all.
