Waive health insurance?

<p>SO I thought I paid the tuition bill but when I saw there was a balance on Gibson I was surprised. Turns we did not waive health insurance. I vaguely remember doing this last year but it didn't dawn on me this year (it has to be done every year???). So how do I go about waiving it - FC - any input???</p>
