Does wake look down upon the applicants who only submit an ACT score. Im saying this because they have no data for ACT scores, and I dont know why that would be. Anyone have any information on this?

I was just accepted...and if i remember correctly i only sent my ACT scores.

I know for a fact that when I was applying they didn't accept ACT scores (I don't know why). So the reason that they have no data is probably because they feel like they haven't been accepting them for enough years (especially because not everyone sends the ACT) to gather accurate data. If they were going to look down on applicants who sent only their ACT scores, they wouldn't accept the ACT in the first place, so that's not it.

this year was the first year that they accepted act scores. (the applicants to the fall 2007 freshman class) i think what they said at the info session is that they just took act scores and looked at what they are 'equivilent' to as sat scores, and then just used that sat score to evaluate you. i THINK.

Would a 30 ACT and a 4.3 be good enough for Wake?

I had a 30 ACT 35W and a 103 average. "Good enough" is tough to say, because there are so many other factors. I guess it was good enough for me.
