what does the top ten list question mean?

It can be anything. In other words - you pick the category - and then give your top 10 list within that category. Your top 10 favorite books - your top 10 favorite bands - your top 10 favorite desserts - be creative!

how long do they want the supplement questions to be? just answer the question and not worry about length?

My recollection - and this is from 3 years ago - is that there were character or word limits to each question - so quite a bit of editing was involved. You’ll have to play around with the supplement on-line and see what it does or does not allow you to do. Just remember to save it periodically as you do this - I will never forget my son being at the final question after several hours of work and then somehow losing the entire thing! Not a good day.

im confused, are we supposed to answer them online? if so my computer must not be letting me, because i have just a document with questions, no answer space.

I recall him doing it online - as a supplement to the Common Application - which becomes available on August 1.

http://admissions.wfu.edu/apply/local/documents/supplement.common.pdf

this is what I’m talking about, do i write the stuff in and then mail it? I’m doing the common app and then this supplement.

My understanding of the common app is that they do NOT want you to mix and match doing the app online and mailing in a paper supplement. Wait until Monday. The common app will be available online and the supplement should be as well - through the common app website. That way - you submit both online.

Okay, thanks for all the help!
