I wake up at 5:30 every morning( an hour or so easrlier than i have to) and work out (weight training) every weekday except wendesday. Is this something to include in applications/essays? I think it could show diversity/dedication.

I wouldn't put it on your application...
You might be able to work it into an essay, but I don't think I'd dedicate a whole essay to the topic.
Congrats on your dedication, but I don't think it's quite enough to make it at all "hookish".

PS- I woke up at 6am and ran every day before HS. Now I can't wake up before 8...

working out isnt a hook or show diversity, maybe you can use it as an example of how you dedicate yourself to things but idk dont stress on it

I've woken up at 4:15 every morning since I was six to figure skate. I worked it into my interviews and essay, but I also have awards/honors and whatnot to show for it. You could work working out in, but I honestly don't think it makes you unique.

Wow. I have to leave my house at 5:30 just to get school on time at 7:15

I didn't want to be flamed for how early i get up, i was just curious... Its more of a bodybuilding thing than anything. What if im actually serious about it, as in i think im going to do a contest at the end of the year? Not jsut some guy who happens to work out
