<p>Have you looked for info on CB? I'm pretty sure it has to do with how many people show up and how much extra material they have left over. I dunno. When I took subject tests there were about ten or so of us all in one room.</p>

<p>The registration form my friend used for standby was in the guidance office at our school. Its a packet type thing thats also used for people who do mail in I think.
None have my friends have ever been rejected from standby testing. I'd just try to go to the largest testing center thats possible.</p>
