<p>I want to switch my focus to Computer Science; there are a lot of things leading up to it. However I'm not registered for the CS department, so I can't add any of its courses. At this point, should I just work on courses like math, history, and government?</p>
<p>Also, I've never done an internal transfer to another major and I can't find any specific information on how to do this. Any links or explanations?</p>
<p>My son is planning to switch from EE to CS. In order to take CS307 he had to go to the CS office and fill out a form. Unfortunately we’re in Dallas and you have to go to the office in person. So two days ago he drove to Austin, filled out the form and drove back to Dallas!</p>
<p>You have to go to the office in person and request a manual add.</p>
<p>PS - They are very unorganized and there is always a long line with a wait time about an hour.</p>
