Warren College Scholars Reception Invitation

I just received an email inviting me to the Warren College Scholars Reception by the Warren College Honors Program. Does everyone get invited? Am I admitted to the Honors Program? Can someone explain?

Have the same question. Was it just a mass emailing?

I had questions about this too, so I just left a message for the Warren College Provost. I’ll post on here as soon as they reply.

This was kind of confusing because when I was admitted there was no indication on my portal that I had been accepted into the honors program. The requirement was a cumulative HS GPA of 3.8, but I have a 3.75 unweighted and approx. 4.08 weighted.

Can anyone clarify the GPA requirement to be in the Warren Honors Program?

I just spoke to the Program Coordinator for the honors program and she said that the invite means that we are in the honors program! :)

And the GPA requirement is 3.8 UC weighted GPA, in case anyone else is wondering.

That would be awesome if this e-mail meant we’re accepted!
Except, my single sitting SAT score didn’t have every section above 700. If you superscore it, then yes. Does that mean UCSD used my superscore for the honors program? I calculated my UC GPA myself, and it was around a 4.1 so I think that’s okay lol
