<p>By school. You can switch major/school easily when enrolled but you are accepted into a particular school. </p>
<p>To echo 2015ct11; based on family experience, switching schools could not be easier! D clicked a link to “Change School” in August preceding freshman year. An advisor from her “new” WashU school was in touch immediately to review her course registration and get official process underway. No questions asked.</p>
