WashU, Johns Hopkins, NYU(CAS)

Hi everyone, I am now deciding between these three schools and would really appreaciate any insights you give!!!

I am seriously considering transferring after my freshman.(75% sure) So please give me suggestion given the fact that I want to make the best preparation for transfer.
I want to major in Econ.

Wash U: they have business school and I am admitted into both Olin and CAS, and heard that it is easier to get A in their business classes comparing to those killer class like chemistry, so I can take advantage of that.

Johns Hopkins: best reputation among four but heard about their infamous grade deflation, I don't know much about their econ department and classes though (are econ classes eaiser?)

NYU: seems the easiest one to get high GPA, I know my friend, who I think is as smart as me, is getting 3.9+ in CAS.

BTW: I work much more efficiently when I am alone, is it hard to get a single at WASH U and JHU as a freshman? (I believe NYU doesn't offer single)

Thank you very much in advance for your inputs.

Oh, I forget to mention one imporant thing. I am considering doing track. I will be one of the best in my event on Wash U and NYU team, but only a mediocre one on JHU team. It should be my most important EC when applying transfer if I choose to do it. Does doing sports (which takes a lot of time, meaning it may affect my GPA a little bit) worth it as I heard some people say keeping high GPA is far more important than you EC when applying transfer than freshman admission.
