I’m an accepted student to these three schools and I am wondering the same thing. Where did you end up going?

depends on which kind of school atmosphere you prefer… Personally I think WashU and Rice have a more similar feel than that of Notre Dame. Also check the differences in cost. I think these 3 schools are on the same level in terms of academics and prestige so if one is significantly more expensive I don’t think it’s worth it. For research opportunity all I know is that Rice is smaller (about half size) than the other two, so perhaps research opportunity is more accessible. Oh and now I just realized that this is a revived thread… oh whatevs.

Rice is across the street fro the largest medical center in the world. I know they have some tie-ins with the medical center and have a bio medical research facility there.

Jersey, what do you want to major in?

I’d say rice

Yes, go for Rice. Most prestige and research opportunities.

Rice is your best bet. The oppurtunites are endless and Houston is beautiful especially the museum district (where Rice is). I know you might not be interested but Rice’s bme program is in the 10 or 7ish. Bme is related to biology and other similar fields.

The OP of the thread created it 2 years ago.
