Way too tacky?

With the little money I have, I went to the local wal-mart and bought 94 cent cards that say "Thank you very much" on the front and "it meant a lot." on the inside. Is this too tacky to send as a thank-you-note to a professional alumni interviewer from an Ivy League school?

Thanks! I'm mainly worried because the back clearly says USA .94, and I've been reading posts that advise using professional stationary with personalized initials on the bottom...:/

I think that just because you thought of sending it should mean a lot.
It shouldn't matter on the price.

How many 16-year-old kids have personalized stationery?

hahha I see someone has been taking my advice wooo glad to hear that and no that's not tacky it's soo cuute besides i'm sure they're gonna love it ; D

wait... so, don't use personalized stationary?

jeez
99.9999% probably dont even send anything

Send them a nice email, its fine
send them a note stuck on a one cent coin its fine
Its the thought that counts

I think if you send that card without any writing on it is tacky, but adding your personality to it is not. Add a little oomph to it by mentioning or elaborating on a fact you spoke about during the interview, and sign your name.
