My daughter got in to her College, how do we go about getting student and parent loans? Directly through the college?

Federal student loans are awarded based on your FAFSA/EFC. Have your/D received a financial award letter from the school?
@dygibbs Yes, we did FASFA, got nothing. The school gave us a financial aid award. Just not sure when to get our loans. Thru the school, ask our private banks?
The student loan should be part of the award. If it isn’t, you need to contact the financial aid office. They were have some training (online) to complete, plus the master promissory note. If you also want a parent PLUS loan, that will go through the financial aid office too.
