is ucr always so hot in the school year or is it just over 90 degress in the summer?

Well, I don’t really know the real answer to this, but I’m pretty sure it cools down even though it’s a little in the winter.

They say it’s hot in the day and cold in the night… like a desert. ;p

Well, I was there for the math placement test a couple of days ago, and boy, I can tell you, it was smoking hot. :(

But deserts are cool in the night and believe it or not it rains more in the summer than the winter in deserts

If you live in Southern California, you should be used to the nearly year-round sun. But since Riverside is an inland desert, it is hotter than if you were near the coast. The temperatures are high 90s to 100s during the summer (although this year, the summer is very slightly milder). It is colder during the nights. During winter here, nights can get pretty cold – around the 50s.
