Website for Math Club

Hey there! I am going to be the president of my school’s math club and want to build a website for us? Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to how to make one? I can code in Javascript and C, but I know nothing about HTML, but if it’s the only choice, I’m willing to learn. Has anybody here built their own website? Thanks in advance to all, and please state any costs associated with it, but free is preferred. Thanks  !!

Use a free website builder like Weebly. You really need a lot more knowledge than basic HTML/CSS to make a pretty and functional website.

Also, if you take ANY images from ANYWHERE on the Internet, make sure they are under “Creative Commons” and credit the person who made them. Flickr has an option to search for Creative Commons images. If they are not CC and/or you don’t say who made them, that is THEFT and punishable in several different ways.

I’m fluent is HTML as well as a few other languages (CSS, Java, C#, etc.). I’ve built a website for state chapter of a club. You can code from hand, but I prefer using a WYSIWYG program. It lets you move things around visually and it’ll spit out a HTML code.

@Frigidcold how do you actually put it out there onto the internet for others to use?
