<p>No Webster mail for us today. There was a posting on the acceptance thread last week (maybe Friday) that someone has a Webster acceptance and they said it came via phone call. I wonder if it is the same person as was on Facebook.</p>

<p>No, it was a certificate like a diploma, with congratulations you are accepted into the MT program. A letter also was enclosed that said he had until May 1st to respond, because they had a long waist list. The tag might be another way they accept. ( I don't know). I would call.</p>
<p>My D got a sliver of paper saying she was accepted academically and the luggage tag but nothing else. Her friend in our area received that and a thick envelope as well telling her of her acceptance into the acting program. My D did call Webster and was told that her BFA MT acceptance or rejection letter would becoming in a few days.</p>

<p>Mail just came with another envelope from Webster. An acceptance to the MT program! Now we need to visit!!</p>
<p>Congratulations, Zappos!! Nothing for us yet, today. My son and I leave tomorrow for Philadelphia for a visit to UArts where he does have a BFA acting acceptance. I don't think the mail will be here before we leave for the airport so we'll have to wait until we get back on Friday.</p>
<p>Have a safe trip! Fingers crossed for you for when you get home! I've booked a flight out for Sunday for a visit to Webster on Monday provided they can give us a tour and visit with us then! I knew April was going to crazy</p>

<p>Yes my D did go to SDM for three years. We met very briefly through a mutual friend a couple of years back. Your D was in "Nine" and mine was in "A Little Night Music" at the Elsie at the same time.</p>

And the mutual friend was also in Nine and has also been accepted to BFA programs this year as well and kudos to both your daughters on their admissions outcomes. I didn't realize all this time reading your posts who you were but I have figured it out! Best wishes.</p>

<p>Yes, you are correct our mutual friend's daughter has had wonderful BFA acceptances this year and she was in "Nine" with your daughter. I also did see "Nine" and your daughter was wonderful.</p>

<p>My S was accepted in MT. He first got the luggage tag and then the acceptance letter, today. I don't know if they are related, since the luggage tag comes with a note referring to academic acceptance; however, so far, everyone we know who received a luggage tag got in...2 in acting and 2 in MT. Interestingly though, one of the acting acceptances was for an MT applicant.</p>

<p>D is still waiting for some news. She got her academic acceptance in the form of a letter back in February even before she auditioned, so I don't think they're related. It seems the luggage tag probably has a significance. </p>

<p>Just by wonder, what date was postmarked on the letter? Just wanting to know if the date they were sent has anything to do with whether they're acceptances or not</p>
