Well-rounded subject tests?

Hello! I was wondering how important it is to colleges that a student take subject tests in different categories. For example two math/science and one nonscience.

Right now I've taken bio and math and had originally planned to take chem as my third one (I go to a math and science academy, and a lot of people I know did that). But now I'm questioning if that might harm my chances (although a lot of people who did that from my school ended up getting into amazing schools, but maybe they had other amazing stats?).

I'm interested in ivies, btw. But I want to be a premed. :D

Thank you!

Why would you worry as you already know the answer?
Most science and engineering schools would ask for Math2 plus a science. The third one is optional and can be either a second science or any other subjects. It does not really matter. There are only a handful of schools that want the 3rd subject tests anyway.
